Glowy & bright sunset portraits on the lake? Yes please! One of my favorite locations for high school senior sessions is on the water. Whether it be lakeside on Lake Erie in Cleveland Ohio, on the docks in Rocky River, or Portage Lakes in Akron.
Waterfront & lakeside locations gives me a ton of variety when it comes to your senior photos. Not only do we get water in the background, but a lot of times there are boats, rocks, willow trees, boat docks, tall grass & bridges. A ton of variety without changing locations! I also love the way the sun sets overlooking the water. We scheduled Madison’s senior session for right before sunset in order to achieve this glowy look as the sun sets.
Madison took her senior portraits at Emerald Necklace Marina in Rocky River as well as Edgewater Beach in Cleveland. I had so much fun hanging out all evening with Madison and her parents. Madison is such a sweet girl and totally rocked her senior portraits. She looks stunning! The outfits she picked out really complimented that glowy, beachy vibe. I love how she chose to wear a light blue flowy dress as one of her outfits as well as a pop of color in that red top in the other. You also can’t go wrong with a classic white dress.
